  • 検査対象者は、有症状者（ご本人）であり、東京都に在住または長期滞在中である。
    Eligible test recipient must be a symptomatic person (the person himself / herself) and resides in or is staying long-term in Tokyo.
  • 検査キットの転売、譲渡を行わない。
    Test kits may not be resold or given to others.
  • 期間中、1名につき2回までの申込みを上限とする。
    During the request period, each person may request up to twice.

申込には、個人情報保護と
規約に同意が必要です。

不適切な申込に対しては
厳正に対処します。
